Enable pH+ or pH- regulation

When you enable pH+ or pH- regulation, you will be offered a variety of settings. You may want to test out the default injection time and injection delays and adjust them if you feel the need after a few days to find the right setting for your pool.

First step is to enable the pH sensor. Without it, BoPi can’t know to regulate.

Then you should enable either pH- or pH+ or both.

The regulation method should be set to either pump (for one of BoPi’s dosing pumps) or relay if you are using an external dosing pump (not a pH regulator, just a simple pump).

Then you can modify injection time (the duration of an injection) and injection delay (the minimum time between two injections). Both are in seconds and are appropriate for a stable pool of average size.

Finally you should set your target pH level. 7.3 is the common target but you may want to change it for your application.

The same settings apply for pH+. Once saved, you may wish to proceed to the pH sensor calibration.
