No, as of now it is not Open Source. It may be at some point but that creates issues regarding the Apps and the fact that BoPi OS only works on one of the BoPi Motherboards so there’s not much use for it.
Furthermore, should it be open source and forked, there is no way to maintain proper operation with the apps and cloud server which would create more issues than it is worth.
