Home Assisstant configuration

BoPi is compatible with Home Assistant, allowing you to control your pool from Home Assistant directly. The same RestAPI can be used by any compatible system but we only provide scripts for Home Assistant at this point. You will find in the ressource section a guide to setup Home Assistant for BoPi but here we’ll just cover BoPi’s configuration.

To enable BoPi’s RestAPI, you need to flip the switch in the network settings. This will of course only work if BoPi is already connected to your wifi network.

After saving the settings, you must reboot BoPi for it to load the RestAPI on startup. You’ll then be able to proceed with Home Assistant.
